Once you find the right trip, click “Book Now”, choose your travel dates, number of travelers, and any add-ons or upgrades you want. Then proceed to secure checkout. After successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your trip details, itinerary, and contact info for your trip manager.

A: Yes, we specialize in tailor-made trips. If you have specific interests, dates, or travel goals, we can build a custom itinerary just for you. This can include changing hotels, adding or removing activities, adjusting travel dates, or planning private tours. You can click the “Customize This Trip” button on any tour page or contact our team directly to start your personalized travel planning.

A: Absolutely. We welcome group and family bookings, whether it’s a small family vacation or a larger group tour. For bookings of more than 6 people, we can provide group discounts and extra coordination support (e.g., private transport, child-friendly accommodations, group activities). Just mention your group size during booking or reach out via email for a custom quote.

Most tours are open to all ages, though certain adventure activities may have age restrictions (e.g., 12+ for rafting). Family-friendly and senior-friendly tours are clearly marked.

You’ll receive a confirmation email and access to your personal travel dashboard. From there, you can review your itinerary, make changes, request add-ons, or chat with your trip manager.

Payments & Pricing

A: We accept a variety of secure payment methods including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Stripe, and direct bank transfers. For some countries, we also support local wallets or offline payment options. All payment options are displayed clearly at checkout.

A: Yes. All payments made through Make Trip are protected with industry-standard SSL encryption and processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store your card details, and your information is never shared with third parties.

A: Not always. Many of our tours allow for a deposit-based payment plan, especially for trips booked well in advance. The remaining balance is typically due 14 to 30 days before your travel date. However, last-minute bookings or certain special offers may require full payment upfront. All payment terms are listed clearly during the booking process.

A: No. All costs are clearly displayed during booking. Optional activities or add-ons are separate and clearly labeled. Taxes and service fees are included unless otherwise noted.

A: Absolutely. Receipts are emailed to you after payment, and you can download official invoices anytime from your account.

Generally:

  • 100% refund if cancelled 30+ days before

  • 75% refund for 15–30 days

  • 50% refund for 7–14 days

  • No refund if cancelled within 7 days
    Custom trips and certain services may have separate terms.

A: Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days from the date of approval. We refund to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or card provider.

A: We understand that plans can change. Most trips allow for one free date change or traveler substitution, provided it’s requested at least 7 days before departure. Any price difference, third-party fees, or non-refundable parts will be explained to you before making the change.

If you inform us in advance, we’ll do our best to reschedule or credit your booking. We recommend travel insurance for additional protection.

If we cancel due to weather, low participation, or safety concerns, you’ll receive a full refund, travel credit, or option to reschedule — whichever you prefer.
