Why is bratwurst called bratwurst, and what is special about Nuremberg gingerbread? Since when have Nuremberg cooks known ravioli, and how much meat did Nuremberg citizens eat? What does “Devil’s Kitchen” mean, and what does the planner of the English Garden have to do with Nuremberg food? These and other questions about the cooking pot will be answered in the course of the tour. The topic can be experienced sensually through the numerous samples served in between.
