– Starting from the meeting point we will dedicate an introductory moment to the history of the city, to have a temporal framework of the city’s life and visit (if open) the fourteenth-century Cloister of San Francesco
-We will then descend towards the ancient seaside village of Marina Grande, one of the most iconic places in Sorrento, where we can take beautiful photos
-We will go back up to the city center, to dedicate to the explanation of the famous Sorrento lemons and the production technique of limoncello
– We will dedicate a few minutes to the Sedil Dominova, an ancient fourteenth-century city parliament, entering the narrow alleys of the historic center
– To conclude with a tasting of limoncello in a local partner shop (in addition to limoncello, it will be possible to try limoncello cream, pistachio (alcoholic), pralines and chocolates and an assortment of various flavored oils, to better understand local production.

– Consider the historic center of Sorrento as an open-air museum. The tour may undergo variations in relation to the indicated program based on weather events, strikes, closures, events or celebrations. In the event of these events, other sites of interest will be selected, so that the visit remains complete, in duration and content. In some periods of the season, to respect the closing times of the activities, the tasting could be in the central part of the tour and not at the end
– Extremely important note: The tasting is a break offered free of charge by a partner shop to understand the organoleptic qualities of limoncello and have the opportunity to purchase local products. The tour is not a “tasting” tour, but a walking tour with a final tasting. Limoncello (as well as other products) are given so that various “samples” can be tasted to understand their flavors and quality. Due to the fact that various samples are provided and the high alcohol content it is not possible to offer a FULL shot of each product. If you are looking for a tour whose main part is “tasting” this is not the tour for you.

We will climb 100 steps from Marina Grande to the historical center and there isn't elevator. - The tour is to offer a complete overview of Sorrento. If you are not interested in a complete understanding of the city (especially historical and architectural) this tour it may be a tour that is not suitable for you - The tour guarantees a small group (max 10 resevations) so the quality of the group is maintained. Consider that the group, in some cases, could exceed 10 people (max 15) due to people who have not been able to participate in tours in previous days
